Benjamin Evatt was born in 1670 in Castle Donington. He had 5 older siblings and one younger sister. I know from the birth records of his children that his wife was called Mary, but I did not find a record of their marriage. Their first child was born in 1709.

Mary was 44 when Benjamin died in 1727. She married again in 1729. Her second husband was Samuell Joss from Burton on Trent. She died age around 86 in 1769
